BubbleTimer has teamed up with Get Satisfaction to provide people-powered customer service. There is a searchable forum where you can post questions, problems, solutions and ideas. There is a good chance you'll find an answer to your question already on the forum. The forum is monitored, so you'll get an answer from me if one of your fellow BubbleTimer users doesn't answer first.
